Accidents at the Kapunda Marble Quarries 1888

Mining accidents were, unfortunately, not uncommon during this period due to the often-hazardous working conditions and limited safety regulations. The incidents at Kapunda would have undoubtedly impacted the local community, a somber reminder of the risks associated with quarrying.
